Lissa Hattersley grew up in New York, but wound up getting sent to Austin after mentioning to her father she’d like to venture to Mexico. Here she met up with her brother, Cleve Hattersley, and they, with a few others, formed Greezy Wheels in the early 1970’s with Lissa on lead vocals. Her music stylings vary from classic country to jazz to reggae to psychedelic. While Greezy Wheels is no longer playing live shows (for now), she still performs with her group, TripTrio.
